Great location close to beach and main town centre. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. No secure parking within the hotel grounds but unrestricted parking on the street outside. Room was basic but clean. Sign of wear and tear in the rooms and suspect afetr another season will need an uplift/overhaul. Some shortcomings but overall positive experience,
No kettle or microwave in the room which for a self-catering apartment was unacceptable. No free wi-fi. No English satellite tv/news channel. There was a small sign in the lift which said that if you did not empty the bins, clean dishes and deal with the linen they would charge 35 euros - which was not disclosed in any of the booking form literature.

wonderfull view to Cabourgs "Grand Hotel" - with images on it and music at late evening.
Nobody cleaned the room, as we have stayed for 3 nights. And it was not told at the check in.

We stay at superior apartments for 4 persons. Our apartments had two separate bedrooms, one with personal bathroom, living room and kitchen. Outside there is heating pool, what is really nice for children’s. Great value of money!

Great location near centre and beach and easy public parking. Really nice pool area as well. Family friendly hotel.
You do not get your appartment cleaned at all during the stay. Only on week basis. They did not come with supplies as dishwater tablets or towels unless you asked for it. We were there 4 nights so I think the service could have been better.

The location of this hotel/appartment is fantastic.Cabourg has a central warren of fabulous narrow tree lined boulevards. And the hotel is very central in Cabourg ; the main hotel is a wonderful immaculately preserved period building enclosed in rail-fenced landscaped grounds- very 19th Century French literature. The spacious appartment was very clean and had lots of (opening) windows. The bathroom facilities were good.Beds were super comfortable.Lovely linen.A Great pool for the children (we weren't there long enough to use it,unfortunately).
I cannot begin to describe the complete and utter nightmare of the parking. We spent an hour trying to find somewhere to park.As far as we could ascertain only on street parking was available so we were very worried about leaving our (expensive and new) car...the little local car park was overflowing so not an option. Please make this clearer in your promotional literature. Also (although obviously my fault not the hotel's) I had not realised that the family room I had booked for one night was actually a self catering appartment. So no tea or coffee etc in the rooms.Really inconvenient reception times and too early a close time; very few visible staff.

It is a very correct place to pass one or two days in Cabourg, next to the beach, casino and restaurants.
I think it need more facilities in bedroom.

Polite and helpful staff
Run-down and dirty rooms - nothing like the pictures. Dull village. Do not recommend this hotel or destination.

Is liked the fact that it w very close to the beach and the restaurants.
The rooms were horrible. The actual house / hotel looks beautiful from the outside but the inside is horrendous. The floors have plastic floor coverings and indoor/outdoor carpet that look like they have mold on them. The walls were dirty and I didn't want to sit on anything in the room. The bed was somewhat comfortable but overall the inside does not match the expectation from the outside and the rooms are tired, dirty and lack any character at all.

Hotel staff was nice and kind. Location very near to the beach, 5 minutes by walk. Nearby some restaurants available, also within 5 to 10 minutes. Room was clean and ok. Normal swimming pool available, good for children.
Facility itself was rather old, but acceptable. Check in, check out time quite limited.
